Level Select:

Hold L + R and power on the SNES. Continue to hold those buttons and press Select x30 at the Virgin logo.

 

View Best Ending:

Complete the game on the hard difficulty level.

 

View Ending Sequence And Credits:

Press L x2, R at the title screen.
