Stage select:

At the title screen, press Left + A + B + Select + Start.

 

 

Start with 99 bullets:

Enter the Stage Select mode, then press Up + Right + A + B + Select + Start.

 

 

View ending:

At the title screen, press Right + A + B + Select + Start.
